We have state of the art equipment to perform accurate route surveys to not only determine the safest route, but we can also determine the maximum cargo dimensions you could deliver for your project. In a time of modularizing this has become a key component for reducing transport and construction costs.
Our Laser Height Pole has the capability to measure objects as small as 1/4” diameter at a highway speed of 65 miles per hour and up to 102 feet height with an accuracy of +/- 1”.
The Laser High Pole system collets the GPS coordinates for each overhead object that is located, noting its height. These are then overlaid onto a map detailing the route and any obstructions and their height.
Our in-house team and Engineers and Fabricators are ready to design the best solution to transport your cargo. Each shipment is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Detailed CAD drawings of every transport, rough setting, gantry lift, jack and slide process to clearly illustrate important information such as dimensions, stability angles, weights, securement, project procedure and other client specific requirements.
With an array of the latest cutting-edge design software, we have the ability to handle multiple CAD formats; enabling us to work with virtually any file type from customers from various fields around the world.
Ability to model parts, equipment, and general arrangements to accurately represent the plan of action, custom built equipment, support saddles etc.
FEA Simulation allows us to check equipment and material to ensure adequate performance and safety in real life working conditions.
With our LEICA MS60 we can generate intricate scans of any structure or work area called point clouds. Point clouds are brought into our CAD software where we create accurate 3D models of a site to depict any possible obstructions and variances from construction plans (as-built).
Swept-path analysis of critical turns along the pre-planned routes helps to identify potential obstructions or where improvements might be needed to safely maneuver and reach the destination.
By providing data on our turning radius and swept path for transport, It even enables us to work with government authorities (DOT) planning to build new roadways closer to key industrial areas.
In house capability for fabricating custom design solutions for lifting and securing devices, transport cradles/saddles, and staging or support equipment. We also have mobile welding capabilities that enables us to pre-fabricate or stick-build onsite, depending on the needs of the project.
